Mantra- "I Place Love Here"

Excerpt from my book Confessions of a Spiritual Apprentice ©Tuesday May Thomas

"Consciously practicing love is teaching me grace and patience. My experiences bring me to realize when I practice love- most people respond in love, despite their efforts to remain in fear.

“I place love here” is my mantra. Transmitting through love allows a translucency that each may see into the light of another’s being, even if for just one moment. Many are unaware of this opening, or perhaps they see it, but don’t know what it is. But if one is aware- they may gain much insight through utilizing the view appropriately. "

The 'Energy Letter' ; a Healing Tool

Journal Entry- May 13th, 2002

I awoke this morning with a far out idea of how to incur healing and closure from afar. It’s kinda like an energy tool I guess, but it’s a letter. An energy letter As I thought about all the things I wish to change in my life- the idea of writing a letter directly to these things and people- came to me. The vibe from the energy letter was that I am to write to their Higher Self, from my Higher Self.  -Excerpt from my book 'Confessions of a a Spiritual Apprentice' ©

Undergoing a year-long healing process after a car accident, I made a list of people I could forgive in my life, or those I needed to ask forgiveness from. I wrote each of them an 'Energy Letter', and put those letters in the mailbox. I then wrote Energy Letters to my body too and told it everything I hated about it, and then everything I appreciated about it.

Energy Letters are a powerful way to express yourself. You can create balance, healing, and call in closure. Often all we need to do is find a forum to express our feelings and let them out safely. This in itself is a healing.  If you like, you can start today and make peace with others in your life. Maybe you are not ready to speak directly to someone you have some unfinished business with, but maybe you are ready to write an Energy Letter to them.

You do not need to have something terrible happen to write Energy Letters. In fact, you can write Energy Letters expressing how grateful you are to people or things in your life.

Energy Letters ~ How it works-
1) You write a letter to someone you seek to clear the air with, forgive, or ask forgiveness of, to get some things off your chest, or to have closure.

2) When you write them, imagine you are writing to their higher self, from your higher self.... For Example you could open and close the letter; 'To Kevin's Higher Self'---- from Molly's Higher Self'. If you do not wish to put any names in the letter that is okay too. you can simply address it 'To Your Higher Self'... 'From My Higher Self'.

What is a 'Higher Self' you ask?  It's the part of them that is willing to listen and be nice to you- and the part of you that is willing to communicate and be nice to them too. The Higher Self is the part of us all that is full of compassion, patience and wisdom.

3) Get it all out. Okay, so even though we are 'being our Higher Self' as stated above.. Sometimes you really need to tell it like it is, with raw words and no holding back. The Energy Letter is a safe place to do this. Write out everything you never said, or need to say again to this person and do not hold back. Get it all out.

4) Once you have written your letter. Read it three times and make sure you have expressed everything you need to for now. Take a deep breath in and out. ahhhhh

5) Fold the letter up, surround it with light and love (good positive energy) and place it into an envelope. Write on the front of the envelope- 'To Your Higher Self, From My Higher Self'. You can use their first name and your first name * As per example above- but only if you really feel like it- aka; 'To Kevin's Higher Self'---- from Molly's Higher Self'. Don't worry if you don't- the healing will still work!

Do not write any address on the envelope
Unless, of course you do intend to mail the letter with a stamp and address, so that it may be physically received. As a tool, the Energy Letters' power resides in the exchange between Higher Selves'. This ceremony aligns the most high and positive outcomes benign of polarity.

After all said above, you may place a stamp on the Energy Letter before popping it into the post box if you like! -Even when writing no names or address'. A friend did this recently, as he felt it would help to expedite the energy of the letter!

6) Place the Envelope into the post box. That's right- mail the letter! Yes- say a prayer over it if you like- and then drop it into the mail box of your choice and let it go. Do this within 24 hours of writing your Energy Letter, it will be most potent this way.

What happens next?

Energy Letters are a way for you to express and provide yourself with much needed healing. You will feel better after you have mailed off your letter.  They key is to let go of expecting any outcome. You have done your part. Just let go and let yourself have a new beginning.

What about the person I wrote the Energy Letter to? What will happen to them?

Now, because we are writing letters to people's Higher Self- we are speaking to those parts of them that are willing to perhaps receive a healing too. We are reaching out to the wise aspect of the person in question- from the wise part of ourself. There is never any force of a will or weird manipulation of energy- ever. That is not how this tool works. We create our letters, speak from the heart.. let them go, and detach from expecting things to change. All you need to know is that YOU have taken steps of change in your life. From there- if the person you have written the letter to is open to receive healing from the words you share ENERGETICALLY in your letter- their Higher Self will soak in what you have shared and they may receive a healing too.

You Are the Grid

  Excerpt from my book
 Teachings of the Scroll
          ©Tuesday May Thomas

Chapter One  You are the grid

Inherently grids belong to everyone, because the grid is everyone’s story. Individual and collective 'threads of thought' and 'threads of 'feeling', rooted as words- create the fabric
the grid is made of. Grids are equal to consciousness.

The grid not only reflects the consciousness of each individual as a general rule, but
is a direct mirror of collective consciousness as it is and as it was, all the while
forecasting what may be.You are the grid. We are the grid. Mind and body we
are the substance the grid is made from.

The grid system displays the interconnection of all things as a universal highway for
the transportation, preparation and coagulation of information. The quantum world
exists at this *(max) ‘plank’ position. Energy here is in no fixed state. Every possible
potential for all of life to animate itself resides here.

The universe we live in is composed of consciousness.
This grid-field of consciousness is holographic and through the nature of unity,
all things within it contain the seed of everything else. The potential for all realities
resides within the grid. Our thoughts and feelings assist in directing and conjuring
the grids we create and experience.

The grid is a malleable scaffolding of memory, reflecting past, present and future
as they exist now throughout all minds, dimensions, space and time.

This universal grid performs an ongoing shape shifting dance,
the strings of who’s matrixfield are directed and pulled by the
thoughts and feelings
we entertain.

The Urgency of Responsibility

By Tuesday May Thomas 2013

The number of healers on the planet is expanding, and with it a call for our global community to adopt increasing responsibility to their clients and students. Whilst time appears to be speeding up, so too are the processes through which our Earth family are achieving placement as the healers whom many go to for spiritual care, guidance and repair. This article contains concepts and guidelines to procure alignment with our highest selves, so the ‘work’ we share may truly bring about change that serves the higher good of all.

Dearest teacher, at the beginning of your spiritual journey- when seeking direction from a healer or persons with special abilities, were you able to discern what to hold as truth in the information shared with you? Did you believe everything you were told? If you were given seemingly ‘negative news’, could you decipher that which feels in alignment with your truth, or would the news cause you to seek further counsel from an additional healer?
Are you creating codependence amongst students and clients? Can you offer tools that empower students to do the work themselves?

Imagine going for a ‘healing session’ and being advised “Your third chakra is out of alignment, and bad energy is getting into your aura” by the person performing the healing. Has this happened to you in the past? Can you remember if the counselor also shared a means by which you can proceed in healing the issue once away from their company? Or were you left feeling worse and more confused than before your visit?
Let us recognize where we as healers may be creating co-dependant relationships with clients and students. Ask yourself if you are truly maximizing the time a client spends with you, or are you simply ‘going through the motions’ of a session? In other words, are you giving just enough to keep a client needing more- or can you empower them to do some of ‘the work’ themselves? Remember the phrase “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; show him how to catch fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.” It is understood each person you work with is different, requiring a variety of your skills and selective timing for what is to be shared, and when. With that said, there is often room to empower those we work with, including students, clients, friends and family.
Let us remind ourselves of the responsibility we hold as healers and light workers. Those that come for healing may be in a state of trauma and imbalance. Every word you say will make an impact. Be mindful to choose your words wisely. We are gatekeepers through which others find their way towards healing and spiritual awareness. We must wield this responsibility with great integrity. Bear in mind the motivations underlying practices you share, and clarify your intentions daily- especially if you act as teacher or healer for many people over the course of a week. Consider the ramifications of karma. Treat students and clientele as you would like to be treated. Perhaps in another time and space, they will provide counsel for you.

Appreciate it is honorable to create personal boundaries with students and clients alike.

Honor your inner guidance, as it will inform you when it is time to take a break from operating as ‘healer’. The old adage applies here; ‘Fill thy cup fist, and only then- share thy cup with others.’ This means tend to your wellness prior to tending to the wellness of others. While this may not always be possible in our busy day-to-day life, as healers this root-principle is vital to being of service at our highest capacity, especially where the sharing of healing modalities is at hand. Filling ourselves with adequate light, and not seeking to draw it from the clients that come to us in need- is of great honor and should go without saying. We may fill our vehicles with light by practicing meditation, reiki, breathing and visualization techniques, and also through performing physical practices such as tai chi, ki gong and yoga. These raise our frequency by opening and balancing the internal channels so greater light and life-force may flow through one’s body vehicle.

On another note, you may feel pressure or a sense of importance in answering the phone every time a client calls with a problem, even if it is after 10pm and you are in bed with your beloved. Do you feel obliged to be of service in this way, or can you gracefully set professional boundaries and turn your sign from ‘open’ to ‘closed’ within parameters that allow you to rest, restore and live a life outside of the healing center or office?  Equally so, listen to when Spirit guides you to take time out completely and work on yourself. A teacher is a student at heart, and   even a seasoned spiritual healer may require remedy as their personal frequency is ramped up over time.

For the Highest Good of All’- The Golden Rule

As healers and light workers, we do not force anyone or anything’s will. We understand the larger picture of balance and divine timing as it interconnects all beings and things. Energy manipulation happens where there is a force of will, or in taking advantage of someone’s weakened state. When forcing a will, you or your client may be successful in getting what you/they ‘want’, but as the universe balances itself out to the degree you have forced it, you may find yourself unhappy with what is created, or disappointed in how it comes about- for it has been a force of nature and not in alignment with the natural unfolding order of the universal higher good. For some, this is a debatable theory. You may say; “ Well if it works out either way, whether I intend the Higher Good or not, and if everything in the universe is just as it should be- then isn’t the outcome for the highest good of all anyway?” The answer is, of course- yes it is, though the means by which things occur and are set into motion will have a direct cause and affect on the director of those things set in motion. This pertains to you, or your students. Remember everything is energy and you are a master of your time and space. Clearly intend what you ask for yourself and others, and be mindful how you ask for it to manifest.

Consider stating the intention: “May the Highest Good of All occur in the sharing and outcome of this healing.” Intending the Higher Good is the Golden Rule that releases the control of situations by the practitioner. Being appropriately & energetically unattached to outcomes allows the universe to be maestro in how the larger scheme-of-things come into being. In this way a much larger scope of universal possibility is granted to merge with the objective, be it; a client seeking spiritual transformation, daily wellbeing, change and manifestation, or spiritual/physical/mental and emotional healing. May the many healers and teachers of our time assume the highest integrity in adopting increasing responsibility to towards clients and students alike.
